Our Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us, following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

It's important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them. See terms and conditions here.

Our Returns Policy

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • Made to measure or personalised goods
  • Sealed goods where the opening of the product makes it unsuitable for re-sale
  • Special order goods which have been ordered from our suppliers especially for you and are as such, no returnable to the supplier.

We're unable to accept order cancellations for these products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

What you need to do:

  • Fill out your reason(s) for return in writing, stating your full name, contact number and returns number. Enclose the letter with the product and package securely.

  • Send your product via tracked delivery.
